Alia Bhatt has made her author debut with The Adventures of Ed-a-Mamma: Ed Finds A Home, her first children’s book. She shared the news on Instagram, saying she’s excited about this new chapter and grateful to her team for their help in bringing the book to life.
The book, published by Puffin Books India, focuses on caring for the planet and making friends with pets. Alia started the Ed-a-Mamma kids’ and maternity wear brand in 2020 and recently expanded it with a 51 percent stake from Reliance Retail. She also launched Eternal Sunshine Productions in 2021.

On the movie front, Alia has finished filming Jigra. Fans are eagerly awaiting her next project, Love and War, directed by Sanjay Leela Bhansali, which will also feature Vicky Kaushal and Ranbir Kapoor. The film is set for a Christmas Day 2025 release.
