Author Amish Tripathi, known for his mythological fiction, has purchased an apartment in Mumbai’s Worli area for Rs.13.65 crore. The property is in the World One project by the Lodha Group, covering 2,700 square feet, and is ready to move in.
The sale was finalized on July 4, with a stamp duty of Rs.81.9 lakh and a transaction fee of Rs.30,000. Tripathi’s books have sold over 7 million copies worldwide. He recently ventured into production with an adaptation of Legend of Suheldev: The King Who Saved India and premiered his latest documentary, Ram Janmabhoomi: Return of a Splendid Sun, on January 25, 2024. Previously, Macrotech Developers sold luxury apartments for Rs.270 crore to Anil Gupta and for Rs.109 crore to Kandoi Fabrics Pvt Ltd.
